![]() In past form Brian's Altima scorched the 1/4 mile in a scant 12.7 seconds at 110 mph making this the quickest documented Nissan Altima around and most likely the quickest front-wheel drive, KA24DE powered car in existence until proven otherwise . Fast forward to present: Brian has fully built his 2.4 liter powerplant to handle much more power and to quell his piston ring-land failure problems of past. The engine has also been upgraded aesthetically as a great deal of parts were polished to a high luster. The engine bay was also professionally painted gloss black while it was stripped for the engine build. We also had many of the parts powdercoated flat black to go along with the scheme we were looking for. All the fuse and relay box's were disassembled and rewired into the fenders for a clean look. The car now is terrorizing the streets of Phoenix w/ 321 whp and 328ftlb tq on drag radials. The combonation makes for one hell of a ride, and breaks super car owners hearts one pull at a time. look for some new dyno tuning numbers late Nov. The car is getting larger injectors and we're going to push the current turbo to its limits. Looking to make close to 400whp. Brian is currently seeking sponsor support for safety equipment such as seats and harness' - brianb2005@cox.net Brian would also like to thanks his current sponsors at www.sportcompactonly.com and www.wotm.com Also be sure to visit Brian's website, www.turboaltima.com as well as watch some videos of Brian's car: http://www.nasaaz.net/bk/streetPull.wmv http://www.nasaaz.net/bk/dynoRun.wmv More pictures can be found at: |
