Me with my oldest on a factory customized Harley. A Japanese guy standing behind my wife said in Japanese that I looked good sitting on that bike. Just one more reason I need to own a Harley someday.

Next is the Mitsubishi Concept X. I don't know if this will be the next line in the Lancer Evolution....but the pamphlet says a 2.0L MIVEC turbo engine...you tell me...

Daihatsu's new Copen ZZ. 1.5L with a whompin 109ps. But a nice car none the less, and Daihatsu looks like it is going to jump into the 4cyl category and stray a little bit from home with engines over 0.6L and 50-70ps.

Now, not that this thread isn't going to kill your modems anyway. from here on out are approx 19 pics of the GT-R Proto. To see this car in person is just....well....I can't describe it at this moment.

As I approached the Nissan stable, a sence of awe took over me. I couldn't really see it and was wondering if maybe I had been dreaming about the whole debut. But, as I walked closer to the center of the display, I could see it's roofline. There had to be close to 100 people crammed in around the car. It was on a rotating pedistal, like it was a god...lights shone all around. Camera flashes faster than could possibly immagined. After waiting for an opening, and my digicam about to loose power, I managed to get right up in front. The only thing I can say...Simply Astonishing.

This car compells you to look at it weather you like it or not. I just sits there on it's pedistal and says, come closer my child, I will not harm you. I found myself excited, yet almost dissapointed because I couldn't get any closer to the car that could become the next GT-R for Nissan.

Looking up at it, you are drawn to its lines, gracefully crafted and perfectly cut. It's sleek roofline gives it the impression of going 200mph all while standing still. The massive tires and wheels with just as large 4 wheel disk brakes shows that this car will handle corners better than any previous model GT-R ever thought possible. And the dual tipped exhaust gives it that look of a monster lurking under the hood. The front, though some may dissagree, is absolutely perfect. If you can get past the look of dry carbon fiber, it just somehow seems to fit this car...all the way down to the infamous GT-R badge in the center.

Twin openings in the hood lead one to believe that a twin turbo'd beast is waiting for a breath of fresh air when the gas pedal will be mashed to the floor. And the spoiler in back will keep it's *** planted on the ground with no worries.
