Staff Bio's >> Aaron (Bwana) Articles Manager Bio: I’m the jack of all trades, master of none (maybe few) type. I’ve done everything from training horses to driving trucks, from delivering newspapers to specialty home remodeling. I’m a ¼ partner with my Dad and two of my brothers in our custom replacement window and door installation company. My brothers and I have been building crazy mechanized contraptions since before I can remember. I got my first car (’61 Austin A40) when I was 14 and proceeded to rebuild the engine completely financing it by delivering newspapers ($5 a day, I don’t know how I did it…). I sold that car before I was even old enough to drive it, and I’ve been going through them, buying, rebuilding, enhancing and selling them ever since. I’m 23, and if I had to guess (haven’t counted it up lately) I’d have to say that I’ve had somewhere in the range of 17-20 vehicles. What can I say? I just like working on cars! I made my way into the world of Nissan/Infiniti a few years back when I bought a’93 Q45 with a blown engine. Through the process of replacing the engine (I did it twice!) I found my way to NICO and have been addicted ever since. I’ve since swapped a CA18DET into my ’77 MGB (230 rwhp baby!) and just recently purchased a ’89 240sx coupe. It’s a pleasure to be a part of the team here at NICO and to lend a hand to this phenomenal enterprise. |
