Staff Bio's >> Jeremiah (jltibbs) Central Region Moderator Bio: Work After turning 18 i became a manager for papa johns. joined army national guard at age of 19. worked for nissan smyrna redistribution center while at papa johns, in the guard, and pacific sunwear. worked for ruby tuesdays as a server for a while. volunteered for governors task force for marijuana eradication (sorry for the drought). shortly there after i got activated for the kosovo peace keeping mission. i spent 3 months in ft stewart GA for integrated training, one month on germany for climatization/training, then seven months in country. i was an aviation fueler. upon return i landed a sweet job delivering pizzas for dominos, then picking up at advance auto parts shortly there after. I still deliver for dominos, now the assistant manager at advance, out of the guard as of may 11th, 2007 (thank god). Cars 17 years old, 1988 dodge aries 4dsc (4 door slow car). it was 4 shades of primer with loads of bondo. i upgraded the stock hu to a detachable face clarion cassette player, 2 12's, and started my own car club: grocery gettaz. then a friend of my girlfriend (at that time) scooped up a mid 90's prelude. i was afraid he might scoop her up as well. so, i cashed in the ol' life insurance policy and got an 80 model camaro RS (305 4 barrell auto) to step it up a little. upgraded exhaust, kenwood stealth hu (IYDKYDG) 2 15's. then i felt that wasn't me. traded the muscle in on a 'black truck' as i always called it. 95 isuzu rodeo, black on black on black on black, no chrome. (well, it did have stock silver wheels) anyways, entered 'thumper' era. thumper was the nickname i earned due to my sick audio setup i had: 16 10" G&S predator subs, (1) memphis 1000d, panasonic ghost hu, motorola horns, dei components. my signature move was to pull up to waffle house and catch unsuspecting customers, who did not know me, off guard. i could make coffee cups flip over (full or empty) and knock the dishes off of rack above cook. word. i traded that ride to my brother for his 90 celica gts so i could have a 5MT coupe w/ a sunroof. after a tune up and intake, he wanted it back. then, on dec 31 2003, while moving from our apartment to our house, i had an accident; 4 days prior to leaving for germany. so, when i came home from kosovo, my wife no longer wanter her maxima, and we got a ford exploder for her. i got the max bone stock and have done everything aftermarket that is done today. |
