I've always been involved with fixing anything I saw... Was even involved in breaking it, then trying to repair at a young age ;) I'm currently 21 and live in, as you can guess.....Florida. Currently working full-time as a valet parkor :) and going to school to become ASE certified. 1.5yrs left to go.
I have always been a chevy man but my dad's family line comes from cars salesmen in which my grandpa had a lot full of just Datsuns. Sadly, it was gone by the time I came around but got to hear some of my dad's stories of taking out a few of the Z's.
I got hooked on 240sx's 2 weeks before my 16th Birthday. My dad had a range of cars and trucks to see what I would like and it was a toss up between a jeep, or some car. I was wanting a SS camaro yet wasn't allowed (MOM) and wanted something with power. Fate found me 2 weeks before my birthday. My dad had just got a new set
of vehicles from the auction and among them a fastback 1993 5spd 240sx with 128k. I sat in it and liked it, took it around the block and liked it more. At that time, my mom had a 1993 auto 'vert (which now I own ;) ) So that night my dad brings it home so we can do more test drives. I drive it hard seeing what she has in it
and I like it. My dad says "let me see what she really has", so we switch seats and off we go. We start out by dumping the clutch and roasting tires as we takeoff, get traction and then shift to second chirping the tires. I was hooked and wanted the wheel back right then and there. That's how I got hooked. A few months went
by and I started searching for modifications which is when I came across NICO. I was on here for 8 months until I did my first modification to my car. Straight from factory bone-stock to a turbo'd ka-t. If anyone has read any of my threads, anything that can happen has happened, which is why I've been trolling ka-t threads
for a long time. I'm always looking to go bigger and better, and can usually tell you what's wrong because I've been there - lol.
I currently own: 93 hatch ka-t, a 1995 s14 ka-t, 1993 vert ka (becoming a VH), and a 1995 Tahoe 4WD tow vechicle. I'm either working, going to school, or turning wrenches and have gotten s13 240's down pretty well. Engine swaps are becoming an every-weekend thing with my friends and I. If your ever in the area and want to
hangout, hit me up and I'll show you the area or if you need some troubleshooting help don't hesitate to ask.
