Born in Los Angeles, but raised in the middle of nowhere and now back in L.A. for college. Currently attending California Polytechnic State University, Pomona for Mechanical Engineering.
Learned how to work on cars from a double hand me down 1983 Toyota Celica GT which is originally his dad’s, passed down to his brother, and now to him. Car always has problems, but at the same time it was very reliable. Currently has 300,000+ miles on the stock engine and wants to keep on going. Hopes to fully restore it in the future into one badass old-school Celica.
He originally wanted a brand new RWD sports car (RX-8 to be exact), but could not afford funds so he decided to get motorcycle. He picked up a 2004 Yamaha YZF-R6 for $5000 that needed a little cosmetic repair.
He was daily riding the bike, but realized it wasn’t practical and the Celica was not exactly a chick magnet. He’s always wanted a 240sx since middle school so now he was off to find one. It took him six months to finally find the right one, but it was worth the wait. After being a lurker for the longest time he finally decided to create an account on NICO has been on it ever since. Car is slowly getting modded due to college finances and spending too much money on the bike (finally realized that maintaining a bike is not cheap). Plans for the car as of right now are to just get coilovers, LSD and whore it at the track.
In the end, he’s glad about the choice he made not getting the RX-8 because he wouldn’t have made so many great friends and can’t thank everyone enough for all the help they’ve given him.
