Get a piece of metal about 14″ long x 12″ wide (you could go smaller some in both directions but we are trying to block radiant heat so…)
now get out a Sharpie, mark 2.5″ in from the end. From that mark, measure another 2.75″ and mark again.
Now take the sheet of metal over to a solid, flat edge. Go to your first mark, bend it 90* on the edge. Now get the second marks lined up and bend it the other way 45*.

thats what it should look like (roughly).
Get out a drill/bit and something to trim the shield with (tin snips work well).
Now use the Sharpie to mark your mounting holes, use the drill to drill em out, slot them to give yourself some adjustment. Another hole will need to be drilled at the back of your shield to strap it to the ac line with a ziptie.
Look down were the o2 is on the exhaust manifold and cut out a notch in your plate so it don’t hit the sensor or wire. While cutting, trim the edges some so you don’t go cutting yourself in the future. Also trim around AC line at the frame rail and bottom back corner so they clear it.
Mount it. I would at this point advise you to cut some rubber hose open to protect edges that may contact things that can be cut.
