NICOFest Carlisle 2023 Registration

Before you complete your registration for our 16th annual NICOfest at Carlisle, please read through the following:

This form is for track registration/paddock access only. It is completely separate from the Carlisle Import & Performance general registration (<-- click to enter).

As in the past, there are no obligations, no extra fees, no hidden charges, no junk mail, no spam. You do not need to own a Nissan or Infiniti to participate. We welcome any make/model car to join the fun. Guests are welcome, but will still need to purchase a ticket for Import & Performance general registration. Only guests who have registered for the track or paid the paddock access fee will be allowed into the paddock. Each person who wishes to enter the paddock must have an armband issued by NICOclub. If you choose not to drive on the track, that is up to you, but only registered drivers will be allowed paddock parking access. The registration you are about to complete is separate and covers track registration/paddock access only.

Online registration will close at midnight EDT on May 5th. After that, you must register onsite. Onsite track registration is $40.

Release Agreement*
Participant (Name Below), Carlisle Products, Inc (Carlisle) and NICOclub (NICO).

WITNESSETH

1. Participant acknowledges that the risk of injury with respect to participation in the NICO drift/autocross event is significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis, death, or other serious injuries.

2. Participant acknowledges that they freely assume all such risks in participation as driver, volunteer, or spectator, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of Carlisle, NICO or others, and assume full responsibility for their participation.

3. Participant is responsible for providing their own insurance coverage.

4. Each of the undersigned for themselves and on behalf of their heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby release and hold harmless Carlisle and NICO, its officers, officials, agents, and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct Carlisle Productions or NICO, with respect to any and all injury, disability, death or loss or damage to person or property, whether arising from negligence of Carlisle, NICO, or otherwise.

5. These undersigned each individually acknowledge that they have read this Release of Liability and assumption of risk agreement, fully understand its terms, understand that they have given up substantial rights by signing it, acknowldege that they have been given an opportunity to consult with legal counsel prior to signing this document, and sign it free and voluntarily without any inducement.

In WHITNESS WHEROF, the parties have herunto set their hands and seals the day and year first above written.
