Sway Bar End Link

Purpose: Sway bar endlinks connect the ends of the sway bars to the struts.

Location: Attached to the swaybar and control arm.

Tools: 14mm Socket

Install

Tension Rod

Purpose:

Location: Attached to the Control Arm and Powerbrace

Tools: 17mm Socket/Extension, Blow torch, Sawzaw, Hammer, Flathead Scredriver, File, and depending on the kit a press*

*press not required for the “new” 3pcs kit.

Parts

Bushing Removal:

Step one: Set the ***** on Fire!

Step Two: Cut the inner metal ring (do not cut the outer metal) with a Sawzaw in about four places

Step Three: Pound the inner ring out with a hammer and flathead

Step Four: Smooth the inside with a file and install grease

Step Five: Install bushings and center copper piece

Hmm… Burning rubber! Smells like a drift event!

Assembled

Install:

Reverse of removal

Now do the other side!

Finished!

Lower Control Arm

Purpose:

Location: Attached to the front support, wheel, and tension rod

Tools: 17mm Socket, C Clamp, Torch, Screwdriver, Soap

Done! no press required!

Now do the other side!
