– LED dome light
Procedure:
There really is nothing to this install. Don’t overthink it and you’ll be fine.
Turn the domelight switch to the “off” position. Remove the plastic case and dump out the dead bugs. Clean it up if necessary.
Now pull out the old incandescent bulb. It may be hot so exercise caution:
Take your new LED light panel and prepare to install it. You have to make sure you install the light the right way, as electricity only flows in one direction through the circuitry! Take the light bulb adapter and touch it to the light bulb receptacle contacts. The light should up. If it doesn’t, do not worry! Just flip the adapter 180 degrees around and touch it to the contacts again. BAM! LIGHT!
Use the adhesive strip on the back of the panel to secure it into place.
Replace the cover and take a look at your handiwork. You will never lose your change on your floorboards while driving thru the Taco Bell at 1am again!
