+ 24 is the displacement … 2.4L in this case
+ D is the valve train layout … D = DOHC … no letter = SOHC
+ E is the fuel delivery layout … E = multiport fuel injection
VG33ER – the R designates a supercharger
SR20DET – the T designates a single turbo motor
VG30DETT – the TT designates a twin-turbo motor
Z24i – The i designates a throttle body fuel injected motor
