NICOFest Carlisle 2022 Registration

Participant (Name Below), Carlisle Products, Inc (Carlisle) and NICOclub (NICO).

WITNESSETH

1. Participant acknowledges that the risk of injury with respect to participation in the NICO drift/autocross event is significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis, death, or other serious injuries.

2. Participant acknowledges that they freely assume all such risks in participation as driver, volunteer, or spectator, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of Carlisle, NICO or others, and assume full responsibility for their participation.

3. Participant is responsible for providing their own insurance coverage.

4. Each of the undersigned for themselves and on behalf of their heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby release and hold harmless Carlisle and NICO, its officers, officials, agents, and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct Carlisle Productions or NICO, with respect to any and all injury, disability, death or loss or damage to person or property, whether arising from negligence of Carlisle, NICO, or otherwise.

5. These undersigned each individually acknowledge that they have read this Release of Liability and assumption of risk agreement, fully understand its terms, understand that they have given up substantial rights by signing it, acknowldege that they have been given an opportunity to consult with legal counsel prior to signing this document, and sign it free and voluntarily without any inducement.
