Is it rocket science? Nope.
Did I figure a couple people would be beneficial from it? Absolutely.

If nothing else, this will give you an idea of what you are up against and shows how easy it really is. I have owned about 10 240sx, and I managed 4 bad headgaskets… A headgasket is not something to be afraid of and can be taken care of in a short amount of time. It’s only slightly different while the engine is still IN the car, but I can provide any tips you need there also!

My buddy asked for a hand, so I figured I would help out the entire 240 community!

The key is TDC and marking your timing chains.
